The Australis project involved the delivery of a landmark high‑rise residential tower in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, designed to set new benchmarks in urban apartment living. Rising over 40 storeys, the development comprised more than 250 premium apartments ranging from one‑bedroom residences to luxury penthouses, supported by ground‑floor retail, resident amenities, and multi‑level basement parking.
Constructed using a reinforced concrete core with post‑tensioned floor slabs, the building was designed for optimal structural efficiency and maximum floor‑to‑ceiling glazing. The façade combined curtain wall glazing systems with architectural precast and aluminium panelling to achieve both aesthetic impact and long‑term durability.
